1. SEND PICTURES OF YOUR SHOES, SHOE SIZE, AND LOCATION (This allows our artistss to verify cost of labor, materials, and shipping.)
2. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PICTURES OR THE ABILITY TO SEND ANY PLEASE SEND A DETAILED DESCRIPTION AS TO WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE REPAIRED / CUSTOMIZED.
3. ONCE ALL INFORMATION HAS BEEN OBTAINED WE WILL PREPARE AN INVOICE VIA PAYPAL WHICH IS ALSO PAYABLE VIA DEBIT / CREDIT CARD. (Payments are made upfront. Half/half for first time clients with a 10% discount))
4. ONCE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED A SHIPPING LABEL WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU FOR YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS SO THAT THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO YOU.
5. TURN AROUND TIMES VARY. ON AVERAGE 2-3 WEEKS FROM YOUR SHOES ARRIVAL TO OUR FACILITY. ONCE COMPLETE PICTURES OF YOUR SHOES WILL BE SENT OVER WITH TRACKING INFORMATION INCLUDED.
6. WE HAVE AN ACTIVE 30 DAY WARRANTY WHEN YOUR SHOES ARRIVE BACK TO YOU FOR YOUR PROTECTION. WE ALSO HAVE BUILDING AND PRODUCT INSURANCES TO PROTECT AGAINST ANY DAMAGES, LOST PACKAGING, AND OR THEFT OF YOUR PACKAGE.
