1. SEND PICTURES OF YOUR SHOES, YOUR SHOE SIZE, AND LOCATION (This allows our agents to verify cost of labor, materials, and shipping.)

 

2. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PICTURES OR THE ABILITY TO SEND ANY  PLEASE SEND A DETAILED DESCRPTION AS TO WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE REPAIRED / CUSTOMISED. 

 

3. ONCE ALL INFORMATION HAS BEEN OBTAINED WE WILL PREPARE AN INVOICE FOR PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL WHICH IS ALSO PAYABLE VIA DEBIT / CREDIT CARD. (Payments are made upfront.)

 

4. UPON PAYMENT BEING PROCESSED A SHIPPING LABEL WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU FOR YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS SO THAT THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. 

 

5. TURN AROUND TIMES VARY. ON AVERAGE 2-3 WEEKS UPON YOUR SHOES ARRIVAL TO OUR FACILITY. PICTURES WILL BE SENT OVER WITH TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR PROJECT IS COMPLETE.

 

6. WE HAVE AN ACTIVE 30 DAY WARRANTY WHEN YOUR SHOES ARRIVE BACK TO YOU FOR YOUR PROTECTION. WE ALSO HAVE BUILDING AND PRODUCT INSURANCES TO PROTECT AGAINST ANY DAMAGES, LOST PACKAGING, AND OR THEFT OF YOUR PACKAGE.
